Three Times the Vision at TCG
TCG (Theatre Communications Group) is transforming their leadership structure to reflect the diverse needs and expertise needed to adapt to their shared ecology to lead forward.
That's why last July, they announced the adoption of a Shared Leadership Model and welcomed Emilya Cachapero and LaTeshia Elllerson in their new roles as Co-Executive Directors! Then our Creative Evolutions Collaborators worked with TCG's leadership, board, and staff to find the remaining member of their team.
We're thrilled to end the year with a warm welcome to Alisha Tonsic, who soon begins in her new role at TCG, Co-Executive Director of National Operations and Business Development, in collaboration with Cachapero and Ellerson!
These 3 leaders will serve under specific term limits to focus their expertise and make space to develop rising leaders for the organization and the field in the years ahead.
